By booking a service with Rico Sports Massage Therapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

• Payments can be made on the day of your session. You are not required to pay when booking.

• However, please note that cancellations without a valid reason will not be tolerated and could result in future services being withheld.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the full session fee being charged.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, and full session fees will still apply.

Health and Safety

We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
