Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the session without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid sessions or packages will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation request, minus any applicable fees.
