A small-group, 2-night wellness retreat combining guided fasting, massage, gentle movement and education. Designed to support rest, clarity and recovery in a calm, supportive environment.

This retreat is designed as a gentle but powerful reset for body and mind.

Over two nights, you’ll be guided through a 36-hour fast, supported with:

  • professional bodywork

  • light movement and stretching

  • education around fasting

  • rest, reflection and nature

This is not a bootcamp, detox craze or weight-loss challenge.
It’s a supported, small-group wellness experience focused on recovery, clarity and nervous system regulation.

The focus is always on safety, education, and support, rather than pushing limits.
